Ten tiny changes you can make to your daily routine to drop a dress size fast.
1. Do you starve. Fasting is not the most effective way to lose weight. To drop a dress size quickly, you should eat five small meals a day to help speed up your metabolism.
2. Start each day with a healthy breakfast. Try oatmeal with bananas and cinnamon, low fat yogurt with fresh berries and nuts chopped, whole wheat toast with almond butter, or a fresh fruit smoothie.
3. Swap your coffee for herbal tea. You save about 148 calories per cup (a latte with low fat milk has 150 calories, a cup of tea has about 2 calories). If you really need your morning coffee, do you have a cup of black coffee per day (only 5 calories).
4. Increase your water intake to 2.5 liters per day and add a slice of lemon to each glass. It will help eliminate your appetite and eliminate toxins that you lose weight.
5. Increase your fiber intake for help keep you feeling of being full longer and even keep blood sugar. If you really want to drop a dress size fast make sure you are full of whole grains (breads, cereals, pasta and brown rice), nuts, seeds, legumes (dried peas, beans, lentils) fruits and vegetables.
6. If you have a penchant for snacks, stock up on food negative calories – foods with so few calories you burn more than you consume by eating them. Negative calorie foods include cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and celery.
7. Cut all soda and other sugary drinks. Instead, drink water and herbal teas. This will help you achieve your goal of dropping a dress size in a no time.
8. When you feel an energy crisis coming on, avoid sugar and caffeine. Instead of taking a healthy snack for staying your blood sugar in the blood itself. Try oat cakes and hummus, apple slices and almond butter, a handful of raw unsalted nuts, Edamame or chopped vegetables.
9. Reduce your portions. Put less on your plate and eat slowly, savoring your meal. If you're still hungry at the end a meal, wait 20 minutes before obtaining a second time. This will give your brain time to work if you're really still hungry.
10. Exercise. Unfortunately watch what you eat is not enough alone. If you want to drop a dress size quickly, you'll need to burn some calories. Try to go for a hard 30 minute walk every day before dinner.
