Great Shape
1.) Develop a plan Getting in great shape requires having a plan of action. Without a plan for a system of fitness does not direction and will not succeed.
2.) Define objectives – objectives remain focused and ensure progress. Be sure to set realistic, measurable and achievable goals. Make sure to set short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals.
3.) Keep a food diary, nutrition is the difference between someone who looks in great shape, and someone who just works out. To keep a register will keep you better informed what you put into your body.
4.) Get everyone on the same page-In an attempt to succeed in an exercise program, it is useful to have relatives, brothers, sisters, children, etc. aware of your goals. This may help adherence and motivation.
5.) Lift weights, weight lifting will add muscle tissue which burns more calories at rest than body fat. Lean muscle will increase your metabolism and give you that "your" look.
6.) YOU MUST DO CARDIO-You can lift all the weight you want, but the cardio will melt body fat so you can see the fruits of your labor. Cardio should be done at least three times a week for at least half an hour. Keep the intensity high, rises in range of target heart rate.
7.) Exercise and be consistent nutrition only work if they are performed consistently. YOU MUST make sure you get your workouts, if you do not, do not expect the results you want.
8.) Intense-Being Everyone can not set foot in a gym. Those who obtain the results reach deep and give everything they have.
9.) Enjoy-The most fun you have in your program, the more likely you will stay with her.
10.) Do not give up-year bond is very low, and for good reason. Exercise is not easy, however, those who do not or get frustrated see the results.
