What jobs allow / require you to wear a shirt with long sleeves?

I have an embarrassing skin condition on his hands (which is unfortunately not curable) and because of my already low self-esteem, I have to wear long-sleeved shirts or sweaters everywhere I go. Needless to say that this has certainly prevented my job search. So, I'm just curious to know if any of you know any places that require employees to wear long-sleeved shirts? Thank you.

Why can not you wear a shirt with long sleeves at any job you get? It is unlikely that people will ask, "Why do you always wear long sleeved shirts? And even if they did, just tell them:" Because I like. "It's nobody's business but yours, and you do not have to provide people with an explanation of your illness.
