The next step is to prepare five key issues raised discover your research you've done. Try to avoid closed questions that encourage one word answers. Your first sales call is intended for information discovery. It is essential that you get as much information as possible. Bring the customer through questions that you formulate your research. I recommend about five thoughtful questions to be used for reporting and to move along the conversation. Your goal is to get as much information as possible to return to the client with an advertising program that will produce results measurable.
The more work you put into researching the company, the more successful you are. Your success will always follow the success clients. An advertising program is only as good as the work and preparation you put into it.
