Buying a new snowboard …?
I'm trying to decide between the symbol and the Forum 2009 Burton Malolo 2009, and I wondering, what would be best for freeride with rare freestyle Malolo or symbol? I'm around advanced intermediate level of snowboarding, and I mostly prefer freeriding in steeper slopes with the hinterland of circumstance, and I rarely go freestyle in parks and half pipes.
They had to be both good for your needs. If I were you, I just bought as I could find cheaper and / or cheap the appropriate length for your height / weight, because you'll be happy with both. I know that you can find the Malolo 2009 for about $ 275 online, it is a pretty good deal for a board that will get you all around the mountain and still let you touch the pipe from time to time.
